Manager of the Month ~ Whitney Carpenter

This month, we’re excited to recognize Whitney Carpenter as our Manager of the Month — a dedicated leader who has been part of the veterinary field for over 13 years and a valued member of the Pet Wellness Clinics family for more than 11 of those years.

Currently serving as Office Manager at our Carmel location, Whitney has truly stepped into her role and continues to shine as a leader. Since taking on this position, she’s made a meaningful impact by supporting her team, strengthening clinic operations, and consistently looking for new ways to improve both the clinic and the employee experience. Her collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her a true team player and a leader her colleagues trust and appreciate.

Outside of work, Whitney shares her home with a lively crew — her husband, three cats (Mabel, Walter, and Baxter), a dog named Gus, and even a snake fittingly named Edgar Allan Poe. In her free time, she’s a self-proclaimed computer nerd who loves PC gaming, reading, and traveling to experience new cultures and foods.

Whitney’s dedication, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement truly embody the values of PWC. We’re grateful to have her leading the team in Carmel and making a positive impact every day.
