At Pet Wellness Clinics, we aim to keep our policies simple and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for you and your pet.

Appointment Policies

At Pet Wellness Clinics, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. Letting us know in advance if you need to cancel an appointment helps us offer that time to another pet in need of care. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation!

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice by calling us at (317) 516-5921.

Late Cancellation
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

Pet Wellness Clinic Hospital Policies

Late Arrival
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your visit. To help us stay on schedule for all patients, please call ahead if you’re running late. If we’re unable to accommodate your pet due to timing and other scheduled appointments, the visit will be considered a late cancellation.

No-Shows & Rebooking Deposits
Clients who miss or cancel two appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to provide a $50 deposit to schedule future appointments. For grooming services, the cost of your pet’s grooming will be required to rebook.

All deposits are applied to your final invoice at the conclusion of your scheduled appointment or procedure. Please note: deposits are nonrefundable for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Drop-Off Appointments

For your convenience, we offer drop-off appointments. Once your pet has been examined or the procedure is complete, we will contact you. When applicable, we will review our findings and discuss the recommended treatment plan.

Veterinary or Non-DVM Appointments
Call (317) 516-5921 to schedule a drop-off time.

Grooming
Drop-off is available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Surgery/Ultrasound/Echocardiograms 
Drop-off time for all procedures is between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM.
 

Deposits

In addition to no-show and rebooking deposits, we also require a deposit for surgeries, ultrasounds, and echocardiograms. All deposits will be applied to your final invoice at the time of your scheduled appointment or procedure. Please note: deposits are nonrefundable for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Surgery: 50% deposit of the estimated cost
  • Ultrasound & Echocardiogram: $200 deposit 
     

Prescription Refill Policy 

For your convenience, prescription refills can be picked up at our clinic or delivered right to your door through our online store. To ensure accuracy and safety, we do not fax or email prescription requests to outside pharmacies. Refill a prescription >
