Manager of the Month ~ Tori Turner

Pet Wellness Clinics is proud to celebrate the compassionate leaders who keep our hospitals running and this month, we’re thrilled to recognize Tori Turner for her outstanding dedication, growth, and unwavering support for her team.

Tori has been in veterinary medicine for six years, and this December marks her fourth year with Pet Wellness Clinics. In that time, she has become a steady, reliable, and deeply valued part of her hospital team. Known for her willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed, she consistently goes above and beyond—whether that means coming in early when surgery staff is out, shifting her schedule multiple times to ensure proper coverage, or stepping into any role that helps the day run smoothly. Her commitment to growth has been remarkable, and she continues to build confidence as a manager while setting an exceptional example for those around her.

At home, Tori and her fiancé, Jacob, share a full and lively family of pets. Their household includes two dogs, two cats, three snakes, two geckos, and a pac man frog—each one adding their own charm to the mix. It’s a home filled with personality, energy, and plenty of love.

When she’s not at the clinic, Tori loves spending time with Jacob in their gaming room, unwinding and reconnecting after busy days. Recently, she’s also gotten into diamond art, enjoying the creativity and calm that comes with every piece she completes.

Tori’s team nominated her because she consistently shows up with dedication, flexibility, and heart. She makes sure her team always has the support they need and approaches challenges with a can-do attitude that inspires confidence. Her reliability and drive to improve make her a standout leader who truly embodies what it means to support her team and her hospital. Those who work with her describe her as someone who never hesitates to help and continually strives to grow in her role.

When she learned about her nomination, Tori shared just how meaningful it was to her.

“This means a lot to me, and I very much appreciate it!! I have loved working with PWC and the staff that I have come to know. You guys have been my biggest help in gaining my confidence with where I'm at as a manager and how I help with day-to-day tasks.”
