Maddie Walter ~ Manager of the Month August 2026

This month, we are proud to recognize Maddie Walter as our Manager of the Month! Maddie leads the team at our Binford Pet Wellness Clinic with a steady hand, a genuine investment in her people, and a calm that holds even on the most demanding days. She has helped her team members grow and develop, and the way they consistently rise to the occasion is a direct reflection of her leadership. 

Five and a Half Years, All Right Here 

Since starting in veterinary medicine in 2021, Maddie has been with Pet Wellness Clinic. That means the perspective, trust, and instincts she brings to leadership were built alongside the very people she now leads, and it shows in how well she understands her team and what they need to do their best work. 

A Leader Her Team Can Lean On 

Being on Maddie's team means having a leader who is invested in you as a person, not just a name on the schedule. She sets a clear, steady tone and communicates openly, creating an environment where people feel supported and set up to succeed. That trust is the foundation everything else is built on. 

Investing in the People Around Her 

What truly sets Maddie apart is her commitment to developing her team. She pours time and energy into her shift leads, championing their growth and helping them come into their own. 

Strong Under Pressure 

The real test of a team is how it performs when things get hard, and Maddie's team meets that test again and again. As her nomination put it,

Outside the Clinic 

Maddie and her husband Ken share a lively house with three cats, three dogs, two spiders, and a snake, with a little one on the way. When she isn't with family and friends, you might find her reading, hosting game nights, building elaborate Lego sets, or cheering on her favorites at WWE.
