Samantha ~ Manager of the Month

Since stepping into the veterinary field in 2018, Samantha has brought kindness, creativity, and quiet determination to every team she’s been part of. She joined the Pet Wellness Clinics family in 2023 and now leads the Zionsville location as Office Manager—where her leadership shines daily.

Samantha leads with a thoughtful balance of confidence and collaboration. She isn’t afraid to make her own calls, but she also knows when to reach out and lean on her support system. One moment that truly stood out was when she dropped everything to help at our Binford location on a short-staffed Sunday. Though she had no obligation to step in, she did so without hesitation—and that speaks volumes about her heart, her character, and her commitment to her colleagues.

Why Samantha Stands Out

Samantha’s growth in her role has been incredible to witness. She’s reliable, engaged, and focused on doing what’s best for her team and the clinic. Her leadership isn’t loud—it’s steady, supportive, and always rooted in doing the right thing. She’s the kind of manager who lifts everyone around her, and her team is stronger because of it.

Outside of work, Samantha is all about creativity and connection. She loves playing video games with her friends and sisters—especially her older sister Amber—and has an ever-evolving collection of art projects in the works. When the weather’s right, you can even catch her rollerblading with her dog Oakley (who she swears is more graceful than she is).
