Join us in congratulating Gwen, our June Manager of the Month! Gwen has been in the veterinary field for four years and has spent nearly two of those with Pet Wellness Clinics—most recently stepping into the role of Assistant Office Manager at our Noblesville location.
From day one, Gwen has led with a calm confidence and remarkable time management. She’s embraced every challenge with grace, making thoughtful decisions, supporting her team, and truly taking ownership of the clinic. Her leadership by example has made a lasting impression on everyone around her.
Gwen was nominated for her unwavering commitment, her ability to rise to any occasion, and the steady leadership that’s helped her team thrive. Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed—and we can’t wait to see all that she’ll accomplish as she continues to grow with us!
Outside of work, Gwen enjoys getting outdoors with her partner, Jarrett, and their two beloved pups: Smudge the pit bull and Lump the German shepherd. Whether she’s hiking, listening to music, or crocheting something cozy, Gwen brings the same thoughtful energy to her free time that she brings to the clinic each day.
Gwen’s approach to leadership is grounded, thoughtful, and team-first. She’s the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and does it—without hesitation and without fanfare. Her ability to balance compassion, decision-making, and drive makes her an incredible asset to the Noblesville team and to PWC as a whole.
