Manager of the Month ~ Tammy Searcy

We are proud to recognize Tammy Searcy as our Manager of the Month! With an incredible 29 years in veterinary medicine and 27 years with Airport Animal Emergi-Center, Tammy’s commitment to animal care, leadership, and her teams is nothing short of remarkable. Her longevity and dedication speak volumes about the impact she has made throughout her career and within our organization.

Tammy is known for her steady leadership, deep knowledge, and genuine care for both patients and team members. She leads with experience and heart, setting a strong example and creating an environment where teams feel supported, empowered, and inspired to deliver the very best care every day.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her husband Richard, daughter Mack, son Tristan, and their unique furry (and shelled!) family member, Rock the sulcata tortoise. In her free time, she loves camping and exploring new places across Indiana, often heading out on Sunday adventures with her family to discover somewhere new together.

Tammy’s passion for veterinary medicine, dedication to leadership, and love for her family make her a true role model within AAEC. We are incredibly grateful for all she brings to our organization and are honored to celebrate her as Manager of the Month.
