Raven Rasdell ~ Manager of the Month

Pet Wellness Clinics is proud to recognize Raven Rasdell as our Manager of the Month! Since joining the veterinary field and starting at PWC in 2021, Raven has shown remarkable growth, dedication, and leadership. Her commitment to both patient care and team support shines through in everything she does.

From the moment Raven entered Vet Med, she embraced every opportunity to learn and develop. Working at PWC has played a key role in her personal and professional growth, and she has continually strengthened her skills in both clinical care and management. Her favorite part of her role is simple but powerful: helping pets and their people. Whether she’s supporting a worried pet parent or ensuring a patient receives the best care possible, Raven brings heart to every interaction.

When she’s not at work, Raven enjoys spending quality time with her “two-legged and four-legged family,” dancing, and gaming. Her home is full of the animals she loves: a fish aquarium, her cat Cali, her German Shepherd Bear, and her Chihuahua Dice. Over the years, she has also cared for mice, hamsters, and even birds—proof that her compassion extends to creatures of all kinds.

Raven was nominated for her tremendous growth and commitment to excellence. She embraces feedback with an open mind, turning guidance into action and consistently strengthening her leadership skills. From hands-on patient care to behind-the-scenes management, she brings dedication, consistency, and professionalism every single day. Her outstanding work ethic does not go unnoticed and her team deeply appreciates the example she sets.
