Manager of the Month ~ Emma Young

This month, we are excited to recognize Emma Young as our Manager of the Month at Pet Wellness Clinic, a dedicated leader who has been part of the veterinary field for nearly seven years and a valued member of the PWC team for almost four and a half years, with five years coming up this August.

Since joining PWC, Emma has shown tremendous growth as a leader. She consistently takes feedback to heart and puts it into action, strengthening her management skills and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Emma’s commitment and work ethic are evident in everything she does, whether she is supporting patients, leading her team, or managing the day to day responsibilities of the clinic. Her willingness to step in where needed and her dedication to getting the job done make a meaningful impact and do not go unnoticed.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Ethan, and her fur family, which includes two golden retrievers, Willow and Maple, and a recently rescued cat named Howard. In her free time, she loves relaxing with movies, working on puzzles, and making the most of time with her family and pets.

Emma’s dedication, growth, and positive leadership truly reflect the values of PWC. We are grateful to have her as part of the team and appreciate the energy and commitment she brings each day.
