Ryan ~ Manager of the Month February 2025

Let’s give a big round of applause to Ryan Weaver, our Manager of the Month! 

Ryan has been dedicated to the field of veterinary medicine since May 2016 and has been a key part of the PWC family for nearly six years. Her impact on the team is undeniable, as she continues to inspire, lead, and elevate everyone around her. 

Ryan was nominated because: 
"She has taken this management role on and has looked for ways to continually improve the team. We appreciate her initiative and her guidance for the team. She has the most gentle spirit and is always keeping client and patient care at the forefront while taking phone calls for our 14 locations." 

Outside of work, Ryan is an artist and crafter at heart. She has a passion for acrylic pet portraits, a craft she’s mastered over the last four years. Recently, she’s taken up crocheting, and it has quickly become her newest hobby and obsession! 

Ryan’s life is filled with love from her family, including her husband, Scott (married in August 2023), their sweet canine, Clementine, and their adorable lovebird, Peaches. Ryan also treasures the close bond she shares with her parents (Jean & Daryl), sister (Morgan), and grandmother (Ginny)—all of whom live nearby and join her for family dinners and game nights every week. 

Ryan, thank you for being such a compassionate, creative, and inspiring leader. Your dedication to patient care, client support, and team growth is truly remarkable. We’re so lucky to have you guiding us here at PWC!
