Regina Maris ~ Manager of the Month

There are people who do their jobs well—and then there are those who elevate everything around them. Regina Maris is truly the latter. As a leader at Springmill Pet Wellness Clinic, she brings a rare blend of warmth, attention to detail, and genuine passion for both patient care and team success. The smooth, welcoming experience our clinic is known for is a direct reflection of her leadership. 

Six Years in the Making 

With six years in veterinary medicine, four of them at Springmill Pet Wellness Clinic, Regina has grown into a cornerstone of our team. Her steady presence and high standards have helped shape not just how we work, but how we support one another every day. 

A Leader Who Raises the Bar 

Regina leads with quiet confidence and an exceptional eye for detail. She has a knack for catching the small things that make a big difference, ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks. Her consistency and professionalism set the tone for the entire clinic, inspiring the team to deliver their best. 

Investing in the People Around Her 

What truly sets Regina apart is her commitment to others. She mentors, supports, and advocates for her team; helping new team members grow and encouraging continued development across the clinic. Her leadership has played a key role in building the strong, collaborative team we have today. 

A Clinic That Runs Like Clockwork 

Regina’s leadership is what keeps the clinic running seamlessly, creating an environment that feels organized, efficient, and genuinely welcoming for both clients and staff. Her impact is best captured in the words of her nomination:

Outside the Clinic 

Regina and her husband, Joey, love spending time outdoors together, from bass fishing to duck hunting. She also enjoys unwinding with a good book and making memories with her circle of friends. At home, she’s surrounded by a full house of fur: three dogs named Piglet, Gus, and Millie, plus their cat Opal. It’s no surprise that someone who brings this much heart to her home life brings that same energy to the clinic every day.
