This month, we are excited to recognize Ryan Weaver and Anna Stump as our Pet Wellness Clinics Managers of the Month! Together, they lead our Client Service Center with a balance of experience, energy, and compassion that creates a supportive environment for their team while ensuring an exceptional experience for every client they serve.
Ryan and Anna bring complementary strengths to their roles, forming a leadership duo that truly elevates the Client Service Center. Their shared commitment to communication, teamwork, and client care is evident in every interaction, whether they are supporting their team behind the scenes or helping clients directly.
Together, they have built a culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and positivity. One where team members feel empowered and clients feel heard.
Anna has been with Pet Wellness Clinics for three years, beginning her veterinary journey here after gaining experience in a daycare and boarding setting. Since her promotion to Assistant Office Manager last year, she has stepped confidently into leadership, bringing enthusiasm and a strong sense of initiative to her role.
She is known for anticipating needs, jumping in wherever help is needed, and keeping the team moving forward during even the busiest days. Her adaptability and natural leadership shine through in everything she does, and her positive presence makes a lasting impact on both her teammates and clients.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring by traveling to new places, discovering local parks, or spending time with friends and family. She shares her home with her two beloved pets, Neeko, her loyal Australian Shepherd, and Poppy, her spirited gray cat.
With nearly ten years in veterinary medicine and close to seven years with PWC, Ryan brings a wealth of experience and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to leadership. She has continued to make an incredible impact by guiding the Client Service Center team with kindness, patience, and clear communication.
Ryan has a unique ability to connect with both clients and team members, ensuring that everyone feels supported and understood. Her attention to detail and dedication to doing things the right way help create a seamless and positive experience across every touchpoint.
Outside the clinic, Ryan enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor hobbies, from crocheting and painting to gardening and snowboarding. She loves spending time with her husband, Scott, as well as their lively household of pets, including their Golden Retriever, Clementine, their lovebird, Peaches, and five fancy goldfish.
Ryan and Anna exemplify what strong leadership looks like at Pet Wellness Clinics. Their dedication, teamwork, and genuine care for both people and pets make a meaningful difference every single day.
