With an incredible 26 years in veterinary medicine—including 17 years at Avalon—Baranda has been a guiding force in ensuring top-tier patient and client care. Since stepping into the role of Office Manager at Avalon, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, always putting the well-being of pets and their families first. Her dedication, initiative, and leadership have truly made a lasting impact.
Baranda’s passion for animals doesn’t stop at the clinic—her home is filled with love from both her family and her furry companions. She shares her life with her husband, Ryan, and their three daughters, Tevya, Josclyn, and Everleigh. Their household is also bustling with four dogs—Silas, Rhea, Kizska, and Ronan—and four cats—Gilbert, Stanley, O’Malley, and Merlin.
When she’s not leading the Avalon team, Baranda enjoys spending time with her daughters, cooking, writing, listening to music, and watching scary movies. She also loves cheering on Everleigh at her soccer games, making the most of every moment with her family.
Baranda was nominated for her exceptional leadership and deep-rooted care for both her team and clients. She continuously sets high standards for her clinic, always looking for ways to improve and ensure the best experience for pets and their owners.
