Celebrating Our Vet of the Month – Dr. Stone

This month, we’re excited to recognize Dr. Stone as our Veterinarian of the Month, a compassionate doctor whose love of animals and dedication to care make a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

Dr. Stone’s journey into veterinary medicine began with a simple but powerful inspiration: a deep love for animals and a desire to improve their lives. That calling set her on the path to becoming a veterinarian, where she could combine compassion with medical expertise to help pets live happier, healthier lives.

“I became a veterinarian because I love animals and I wanted to be able to care for them and improve their lives.”

For Dr. Stone, the most rewarding part of veterinary medicine is seeing the positive change that happens when a pet’s health improves. Watching a pet bounce back—and seeing the joy and relief that brings to their families—is what drives her every day.

“My favorite thing about working with pets and their people is seeing the positive change in their lives when we treat a medical issue.”

At PWC, Dr. Stone values the supportive team atmosphere most of all. Surrounded by passionate coworkers who share her dedication, she finds fulfillment not only in the care she provides but also in the camaraderie that makes each day brighter.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Stone has a creative side that might surprise you: she plays both the piano and the clarinet! Music is another way she brings joy and connection into her life, adding a unique rhythm and harmony to her days beyond veterinary medicine.
