Amaya Jackson ~ Employee of the Month

This September, we are proud to celebrate Amaya Jackson as our Employee of the Month at our Springmill location. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, Amaya brings skill, steadiness, and real heart to everything she does, and this recognition could not be more deserved. 

Amaya has spent five years in the veterinary field and earned her RVT credential a year ago, right around the time she joined the Pet Wellness Clinic family. In just one year with us, she has grown into someone the whole team leans on. That kind of trust is not given lightly, and Amaya has earned every bit of it. 

What makes Amaya stand out is the way she cares for patients and their people. She is warm and attentive with the animals in her care, and she puts pet families at ease with genuine kindness and clear communication. Her nominator said it best: 

"Amaya has stepped up a lot in her role and has always been a great staff member. She is a great role model for our new staff. She is great with patients and clients and has a genuine passion for this career." 

That passion showed brightly during a stretch when both Regina and Manda were away. Amaya kept things running with calm and confidence, supporting her coworkers and making sure patients and clients never felt the difference. Rising to that moment was no small task, and she handled it with grace. 

Outside the clinic, Amaya lives in Noblesville with her aunt, uncle, and her two dogs, Jack and Bolt. In her free time, you will likely find her enjoying a good cup of coffee or dancing at her local studio. That same joy and energy is exactly what she brings to work each day.
