Lacy Rogers ~ Employee of the Month

This month, we are excited to recognize Lacy Rogers as our Pet Wellness Clinics Employee of the Month! In her 10 months with PWC, Lacy has quickly become a valued member of the team at our College Park location, bringing a strong work ethic, initiative, and a consistently positive presence to every shift.

With 2.5 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Lacy joined Pet Wellness Clinics after relocating to Indianapolis and has made an immediate impact. From day one, she has shown a willingness to jump in wherever needed, support her teammates, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for both clients and patients.

One of Lacy’s most standout qualities is her ability to take initiative without being asked. She anticipates needs, steps in to help, and contributes to the overall flow of the clinic in a way that makes a real difference during busy days. Her team appreciates her reliability, adaptability, and the calm, can-do attitude she brings to every situation.

Lacy’s nomination came from Chelsea, who shared that Lacy consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and contributes positively to the atmosphere at College Park. Her presence helps foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where both staff and clients feel welcomed and cared for.

Outside of work, Lacy enjoys spending time with her two children, Jazmine and Sam, who are a huge part of her world. She also shares her home with her beloved dog, Anubis, a 3-year-old Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler mix who keeps life entertaining and full of personality.
