We are excited to recognize Kyla McNally as our Employee of the Month! Kyla has been with PWC and in veterinary medicine for just over a year, and in that time she has quickly become someone her teammates can always count on. From the moment she joined us, Kyla jumped in with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping both pets and people. She splits her time between our Avon and Brownsburg clinics, and both teams routinely talk about how much they appreciate her reliability, her upbeat attitude, and her willingness to take on anything that comes her way.
At home, Kyla’s life is full of love and fur. She and her boyfriend, Dalton, share their home with three wonderful dogs: Trigger, a spirited Heeler mix; Maverick, a gentle Lab/Mastiff; and Koa, another Heeler mix who completes the trio. Her furry family also includes two horses, Lucero and Nessiah, who hold a special place in her heart. She spends as much time with them as she can, finding joy and calm in caring for them and being outdoors.
Kyla also has a vibrant life outside of veterinary medicine. She plays in a weekly billiards league every Thursday night and absolutely loves the camaraderie and challenge it brings. On top of that, she pours her creativity and personality into teaching and choreographing line dancing every other Wednesday. Her schedule is full, but in the best way—Kyla is someone who thrives on staying active, trying new things, and surrounding herself with the people and animals she cares about.
Kyla was nominated because she has truly been a rockstar since day one. She takes initiative in everything she does and is always looking for ways to learn more and do more. Her resilience stands out, no matter what challenges or changes come her way, she adapts with grace and keeps moving forward. Her passion for veterinary medicine is clear in the way she supports clients, cares for patients, and uplifts the people she works with. Kyla shows every day what it means to be dedicated, compassionate, and driven, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the PWC team.
