Lauren ~ Employee of the Month

Celebrating Our Employee of the Month – Lauren Francis!  

Please join us in congratulating Lauren Francis, our Employee of the Month! Although she’s only been part of the Pet Wellness team since August 2024, Lauren has already made a huge impact in her 8 months here — and we can’t imagine our CSC team without her. 

Lauren came into veterinary medicine five years ago, and since joining PWC, she’s quickly become one of our highest weekly callers. She’s incredibly flexible, always willing to swap shifts or adjust her hours to support the team, and she takes feedback in stride — turning advice into action with ease. Her dedication, positivity, and go-getter mindset make her a standout teammate and a joy to work with. 

Outside of work, Lauren’s world is filled with furry friends and fun hobbies. She shares her home with an impressive pet crew: 5 dogs (Milo, Kane, Ellie, Fae, and Knox) and 4 cats (Deku, Finn, Athena, and Bean)! Her human family includes her mom, her brothers Ethan and Andy, and her sister Shannon. When she’s not making calls or caring for animals, you’ll usually find her reading or playing games on her Nintendo Switch — something her teammates lovingly tease her about. 

Lauren, thank you for everything you do! Your hard work, team spirit, and positive attitude make PWC a better place every day. We’re so lucky to have you — congrats on this well-deserved recognition!
